It discusses training for athletes and fitness geeks. It briefly reviews warm-up, core training, strength training, power training, sprint training and agility training. The majority of the text provides various exercises for these various domains. It's very basic. It doesn't go into the different theories on these types of training.

Siguiendo con la pragmática deportiva, a veces excesiva y sin reflexión, este libro cumple con lo deseado, explora diferentes tipos de fuerza con la metodología adecuada, el autor es un verdadero experto, altamente recomendable para cualquier entrenador, del deporte que sea.
