A perfect life is made of perfect days, and a perfect day starts with a perfect morning. How you start your day matters. What you do in the morning carries forward till night. What if you can change your life in just one hour?
One hour is all it takes to change yourself completely. Conquer your morning to conquer your day. When it comes to routines, there's no one size fits all. Design your mornings to cater to your needs.
Wake up refreshed and energised everyday, looking forward to making the day yours. Conquer Your Morning discusses methods and approaches to create your own morning routine. Waking up doesn't have to feel like a chore anymore. You will look forward to getting out of bed everyday.
Create the life that you desire. Begin each day with the same enthusiasm. You owe an extraordinary life to yourself.
It was a short read and can be used to refresh knowledge on morning routines. There was repetitive text (repetition is the mother of learning😊), but I appreciated the simplicity of the message and the practical tips. It may offer value to those just starting to create their morning routine. The more seasoned readers may be skimming through the familiar advice.
A quick read, very repetitive but maybe that was the idea to drive the points home. And the constant swapping from ‘yourselves’ to ‘ourselves’, sometimes in mid sentence, was off-putting.
Most of the advice wouldn’t work for me. Getting up earlier (after a night of disrupted sleep, nope) Having an hour of quiet self care every morning to exercise/read/journal and calmly organise my day (would be lovely but nope - does the author have any idea what the average family is like in the mornings?)
What I will take away from reading this book is to take a little time to start each day on a positive note. Which over time will hopefully set me up for a more productive day.
“A well-crafted morning can be the key that unlocks your potential and propels you towards success, one day at a time.” I wish I could say this book was well-crafted but unfortunately it was just repetitive. I checked more than once to see if I had forgotten to swipe to the next page and was rereading the same page - but alas no, there was 2-3 new words to change it up. It was a good personal reminder that...”While building a routine, it's important to take one step at a time. You can't change your life overnight…” However I didn’t get too much more out of it than that and if you’re looking for a good read to help you “conquer your morning”, keep searching my friend.
I struggle every morning to be productive. I’ve tried, been successful for a few mornings, then gone back to slacking again. This book did help me big time! Now I just have to apply everything I learned from this book and see long-term results!
Having a set of guidelines to follow first thing in the morning with this add brain has been a game changer. Love everything that I learned from this book!
Molto breve, ottimo per mettere le fondamenta circa una propria morning routine. Ci sono dei paragrafi che sono ripetitivi, riprendendo alcune "frasi motivazionali" già menzionate nei capitoli precedenti.
I felt there was good information in this book for setting your day up for smooth productivity. The points were repeated quite a few times but that is one of the best ways to learn something, so I understood. Overall, it's a good quick read for anyone trying to better manage their busy lives.
The autor knew no one would read this fully so said everything in chapter one and then rephrased it for the rest of the book. Quck read to not fall behind in my reading challenge
