65 books410 followersN Kuhn grew up in a small town in Western New York. Having spent her afternoons outside or with a book, she grew up with a love of reading and writing. Her mother and grandmother fully encouraged this in her. Many years later, after a husband and children, she made a promise to her dying grandmother to fulfill her dream of being an author. Her grandmother lived to see N's name in print. This was a turning moment for her. Driven by ambition and a promise made, she has since published several titles including the Mohawk Trilogy, Tucked In, Buffalo Rocker and the Tricks series.
N Kuhn has several other books that will be out later this year. When she's not writing, she is in college for a Business degree, runs her blog, bartends and promotes for other authors. Family and coffee are her two staples in life.

I absolutely enjoyed reading this book. It was easy to read and well written.
Parlor Tricks is about 4 hot and sexy short stories that take place in tattoo parlors. In each of these stories I fell in love with the characters and didn't want the story to end. One of my favorite stories in Parlor Tricks is The Savior. Chelsea, a survivor of an abusive relationship, and Dallas, a tattoo artist, explore their feelings for one another. Dallas is the only man Chelsea can trust to cover up old wounds with tattoos and confides in him about her past. Dallas has loved Chelsea from afar and has been there for her when she needed a friend. I truly loved this story!
N Kuhn did an amazing job of creating characters that pull at your heart strings in such a short amount of time. Not only did she pull me in once but she did it 4 times.

HOT!! The characters are so vivid for such short stories, but N. Kuhn packs a tiny punch in all! Hot Sex, Hot Artists = One SMOKIN Hot Anthology!!

I must say, they all have their own uniqueness to each story and, hope the spelling on that word is right, but my favorite is The Rocker. For my own private reasons, which come close to some of the stories in this book, and I've been inked 6 times, that's my favorite. I loved them all, brought some memories back to when I had my very first tattoo. It's a pleasure/pain love and each one of mine is unique. I wouldn't trade them or want them removed. N Kuhn did one hell of job writing these stories and I'm curious as to which one is going to be picked. Great job on all the stories and since I read your first book, you have really spread your wings and come into your own. I love your writing style and will always be a fan of yours Nicole. Thank for being a gifted author.

This was an enjoyable read that once I started I could not put down.
The stories were awesome. It was fun, easy and quick to read perfect for people on the go who only have a short amount of time to actually enjoy a story, and these were nice and just perfect if you wanted to read them on your break or waiting for the bus.
I really enjoyed this and look forward to reading more of these stories and learning more about these characters.

This is a quick read and very good. The only problem is that I find I wanted to know more about the characters in each of the short stories.

Holy shit this book of short stories is so freakin hot and sexy...(fanning self) their are four books all based around tattoo parlor.
Book one The Past is about Xander and leaving his past behind him to start over after being abused by his father. Very sexy story, neighbor from back home comes to see him...and you'll have to read to find out what happens ...so hot
Book two The Rocker - Mace is getting a tattoo from Bella, he's a hot as hell rocker but she doesn't know ...find out what happens sexy sexy sexy
Book three The Savior - Dallas and Chelsea's story, she's broken and lonely and Dallas is what she needs ...very sweet
Book four The Easy one - Tom "pretty boy as the tattoo Hotty calls him is getting a tattoo cuz of a bet he lost, sparks fly you have to read this story ...

The Past features a hot tattoo artist who runs into a female friend from childhood. The Rocker features a female tattoo artist who gives a late night tattoo to a hot guy. The Savior is about a tattoo artist who falls for an abused woman who is getting a tattoo to cover up scars. The Easy One is about a frat boy who loses a bet but gains so much more ;-). And the First Timer features a woman getting her first tattoo from a very hot artist.
I loved them all but I will have to say The Easy One and The First Timer were my favorites. The frat boy was hilarious in the Easy One, loved how he knew when to keep his mouth shut. The First Timer was extremely erotic and hot, hot, hot!!!

We start off following the hot encounter of a tattoo artist and the girl next door who is so sweet and innocence. She has wanted him since she was younger, so she comes in for a tattoo and the chance to snag the hottie who got away. The ink flows and the room gets really hot!
We follow a woman tattoo artist who is so over the usual crappy guys who ask her out, when she unexpectantly gets a major changed when she sees a green eyed hottie walk into her parlor. He rocks her world with ink & sex.
And so much more....

Sex and tattoos, OMFG, what an awesome combination it is. 4 amazing stories wrapped around one kick ass book. I was intrigued and quite aroused while reading this story from beginning to end. It’s a fun and extremely sexy read and the attention to detail in each story is phenomenal. This is a RECOMMENDED MUST READ book that will tempt your taste buds and up your libido.

This is a short story, a collection of four different short stories actually, and they were all centered around the same thing which is tattoo shops and tattoo's, which I love. My two favorite stories were The Past, which is the opening story in the book and was from the hero, Xanders, POV the other story I really liked was The Savior which is the third story and the heroines POV. All of the stories were well written and kept your attention from start to finish and were sexy as all hell. This read will have you begging and panting for more a definite must read.

What a fun read!!! It literally took me 2 hours to read this...I could not stop reading!
Parlor Tricks is a bunch of short stories revolving around tattoo parlors. N. Kuhn does an excellent job of giving each story a very different feel. Some are written from the guy's point of view, and some from the girl's, which is also very interesting. Each story is no-nonsense and gets right to the hot, steamy, point!

nothing is better to me than a man with tattoo's .... to have a whole book dedicated to it ...YES PLEASE !! they were all very good short stories but the one factor that stood out to me was the female tattoo artist !! I love nothing more to see a female break through the barriers and do what is completely unexpected. I loved that they divided the stories evenly between male and female, not to mention each story had a major HOTT factor !!!

This book has 4 short stories. All of which are good reading. If these stories really happen in tattoo parlors then the artists that do the tats are lucky people. I have a few tats and friends that are tattoo artists and I don't get stories like these from them. (They must be holding out and keeping some good secrets.) :) I do hear some stories some sad, some hilarious, some very moving and some just totally outrageous.

Holy cow. While I typically do not enjoy erotica, this was a fantastic but short read. I liked the short back stories N. Kuhn used to set each short story up. It made all the difference for me. Needless to say, I had to fan myself a few times because it was super hot. The fact that each short took place in a tattoo parlor just made it much hotter. I can't wait to get my next tattoo now.

Honestly, VERY well written, and the plots of the 4 short stories are totally cute. Good for them!!!!! And not dirty to the point of being gross. Almost classy, you could say. I love N. Kuhn's work so far, and I will keep reading her stories in the future.

This is a great book with a bunch of short stories. Even with them being a short story you get to enjoy everyone. They all are very steamy. Makes you want more when its done. I am excited to see which one gets there own book.

This was pretty good for a few short stories. They was one or two that didn't really grab me but Dallas and Chelsey's story was my favorite. I think I heard one of these stories was going to be made into a full length book. I hope it's Dallas' story.

4 short stories involving tats and some very hot moments. It actually left me wanting more from all these characters in these short stories.
