“Some things can’t be remedied with love or loyalty. I’d be a hero in a perfect world, but I already told you this wasn’t a fairytale. My name is Vivi Graves. And Goddess, forgive me for what I have to do next.”
Vivi has been an outcast her entire life. An unwilling executioner, a semi-decent bartender, a demon witch from hell, and a reluctant queen.
One of her greatest enemies has been defeated, but that doesn’t mean she’s safe, far from it. An ancient prophecy still holds answers to buried mysteries. A killing curse still hangs over her head. And let’s not forget the irresistible Dark King, who drives her insane but is convinced that Vivi is his true mate.
When she finds herself in the last place, anyone would guess, with no recollection of how she got there, the secrets of the past unravel. Only the answers she’s been looking for are not what they seem. They say the truth shall set you free, but what if the truth puts everyone in mortal danger?
It’s a race against time for Vivi and her band of misfits. Can she escape with her life? Will she ever learn the truth about her mother? Can she repair generational wounds in time to save the realms from not just one tyrant but two? And what about her own heart? The stakes are higher than ever, but she has a plan.
And we all know what they say about plans. It’s when the demon laughs and says, “Hold my beer.”
** The Daughter of Oracles is the third and final installment of the Gravestone Trilogy. An adult Paranormal Dark Fantasy Series (18+).
Amber is a former college professor of Paranormal Investigation. A lover of coffee, cats, reading, naps, and all things witchy. Not necessarily in that order. She currently resides in Wisconsin with her rockstar husband, three children, and a house full of familiars.
What can I say but this trilogy is a fantastic read the world building, the FMC Vivi is a badass I absolutely love her. Killian O.M.G I don't mind wanting a Dark King😉. This is going to make you laugh because Vivi is something else lol I just love her character so much. I would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars for the whole series.
This was an amazing ending to this trilogy!! You made me feel all the feels miss Amber 🤬🙄😘🤷♀️😭. I can’t wait to see what’s next in store, with your creative mind, well done.
It breaks my heart to not give this a 5 star. TBH I struggle giving it 4. I think because I adore the author so much I’m afraid giving 3 is a betrayal. I just didn’t enjoy this book not like I did the first 2 which had a good pace & tempo. Book 3 felt messy, wordy & it dragged on as I dragged myself to finish it. Too much descriptive words in place of real meat. As much as I think the FMC was supposed to fully develop before our eyes I felt like she remained a character. Less 3D more comic book…? Her dialogue got annoying & I had whiplash from her overconfidence to tearful child. Maybe that was the point, what trauma does to a person. All of her experiences…? Idk but it just didn’t hit. Killian was fine but I was confused after he rescues her from TBK she’s hiding out in her room & says she heard him through the bond call her reckless & 2 other things because of Bronwyn…? But it’s never addressed. When she finally sees him he doesn’t seem upset w her at all. I assume this means it was her inner monologue getting confused w the bond but I didn’t fully care. At the end she sees thane has Una but then it says she’s trapped under Marta’s corpse & I assumed it was a typo. This book reminded me of how most 2nd books are in a trilogy, boring world building story setting for the big book 3 finale but this was book 3 and idk why but it felt different from the 1st 2 books which I devoured.
I’m super curious what happened to the Nightshade Trilogy designated for 2022. I think I know and it makes me sad if it is the reason I think. I don’t really like books about fae though. I’m looking forward to sinking my teeth into HOOD and send this author all the good vibes & creative muses to keep doing what she loves.

Just amazing. There came a point where I needed to put it down regather my thoughts and convince myself to finish it. But not because of the book just was in a non reading mood. But I had done that at just the right moment cause once I picked it back up it was smooth sailing with the story line. This book answered all the questions I had, it moved smoothly through each conflict, and the solutions through everything weren't some magical fix but combined forces. Vivi and Killians ending was beautiful. wish there was more of Lowe and Jagger as well as the twins stories. But Lincoln oh that one hurt truly.

This series was a wild ride. It took you through an unpredictable plot stemming in character growth and the best kind of anticipation.
In the final book of the trilogy, Vivi finally pulled her head of her you know what to embrace not only her bind with Killian, but with herself.
The pages were filled with action. Truly. There was so much action. And a lot of steam if you know what I mean.
Honestly, the series is a good, worthwhile read even when you want to throttle the characters or disagree and the final death in the book — because really? But otherwise, I’d suggest it to an imaginary book club.
Why aren't there more than 5 stars??? oh these books are in my top 5 faves I couldn't put them down no joke. I love the cursing (swearing) the insults, the word play every god damn thing about this trilogy. So sad I finished the series in 3 days.... Should have dragged it out.... How am I going to read my next book without comparing the mcs to vivi and killian...... And Lowe ugh and jag n linc ugh I may need to take a day's break from reading
Only read it to finish the trilogy. I didn’t know what was happening half the time. It was just a lot of telling you what was going on and jumping from one scene to another without proper setup or transitions. It became repetitive and a bit annoying and there was no need to kill of Lincoln like that at the end
A good finale! Honestly everything about this book is elevated compared to the first two books! I found myself really invested in the relationship between Vivi and Killian.
I liked the series however the end was like a Hallmark movie where everything is wrapped in final 3-5 minutes of the movie. With so much build up to a "showdown", it was rushed and a let down in my opinion.
