Yanagida boldly declares that he wants to beat the main Aphro I Dite brand. The tension rises as the characters face new challenges and opportunities.

If Ikuto play his cards right, his work with Yanagida's collection could catch the eye of the top brass and maybe just get the opportunity he wants to grow as a designer.

As Smile Down the Runway reaches its 100th chapter, things start to change! One thing I find admirable about this series is how it doesn't take an entire series for characters to start achieving their dreams. Chiyuki is getting modelling gigs! Ikuto is finding success and has the possibility of becoming a designer! This volume was relatively light on the actual craft of designing and modelling, and is clearly a transitionary volume to set up future plotlines. But it's still good, and has some great emotional moments with Chiyuki's dad.

Ikuto's career is really moving along at a great pace, and the central figure in it all is Chiyuki. This volume is just as enjoyable and engaging as the others!
