Final Review of the series: I'd call this one filler between Autocracy and Primacy, but that doesn't mean that it was bad. Other than the art style being muddy and it being hard to tell who's who and what's going on at times, the series was good. Had action as well as a lot of setup and focus on characters and, as someone who primarily loves character driven comics, it was great. I really love the heavy focus on the internal struggles Optimus deals with instead of just the external ones. I also like the direction they took with Grimlock, making him a former gladiator who has something inside of him that he can't control and not just making him "the dumb comic relief dinosaur."

Okay, time for bullshit.

-"We've been swallowed by a titanic primordial horror and all you can think to do is fight me?" "Yup." I just think that this interaction is very funny

-Megatron and Grimlock begrudgingly pair up like two kids who tolerate each other but need each other to finish a group project. I find this strangely comedic

-Absolutely loved the "I am Grimlock" moment

-Even though the Autobots are outnumbered by the Decepticons, Megatron decides to let them go out of respect for what they fought for today. Grimlock and the Dynobots help bring Optimus back so he can be repaired

-The enindg shots are of Megatron placing the spark of Pentius inside the fallen body of Trypticon. Trypticon's optic awakens slightly to reveal that they are no longer red but green; like Pentius's spark. OBVIOUSLY, this comes back later
