Very informative

I learned so much from this book. As a family member just learning to navigate this illness with my daughter, this book explains so much.

Mean spirited.

Author appears to believe everyone with BPD has all the symptoms as he writes "they are" instead of "may have". 5 of the criteria are required for a diagnosis not ALL.

Good read for loved ones

This is a good guide for those with loved ones who have this disorder. I did find it redundant though.
