This fitness and diet program for men is called Fit150. The program only requires 150 minutes each week to get fit. When I say “fit,” I am referring to getting your body fat down to 10-15%, where there are visible abdominals coming in, with good muscular development in the body and muscle in the right places to enhance your aesthetics. I am also referring to moving your body well, reducing pain or eliminating pain and gaining muscular strength. This program is a beginner or intermediate fitness plan. A thorough and comprehensive diet plan that is extremely simple and satisfying is included, as well as exercise videos. This program is ideal for men past the age of 30 or for any beginner younger than 30, and acquiring a ripped body is what you can expect if you follow the principles in this ebook.
