A Different Mindset from usual

Is a book that requires an in Depth Attention and studying. You need to Practice the Exercises it states so you can truly Shift your Energy states. It does work, but it needs your Focused Attention, you cannot read this as an ordinary book.
So is not for everybody who just wants to entertain themselves.
