Interesting read

The author has tackled a difficult subject in an effort to bring hope to people who fear commonly taught doomsday prophecy regarding the last days. The author has provided readers with a new way of looking at some prophetic words from the Bible. While the author does offer clarity to some Bible verses I cannot agree with his eschatology in whole. The author tends to want to explain away commonly held teachings on the last days claiming the prophecies have been fulfilled and there is no need to fear the future. Meanwhile ignoring all the events that are happening around the world that would support the eschatology views the author is attempting to debunk therefore his theories are interesting but unsatisfactory. The author 's interpretations may be spot on in some instances providing fresh perspectives and new insights I feel these interpretations are simply a foreshadowing of things yet to come.

The author advocates the full-preterist interpretation of prophecy, which is sometimes identified as heretical.

“Understanding this cultural context helps us grasp that Jesus’ words were not about the end of the physical universe but signaled a significant transformation in the religious and social landscape of His time. Additionally, the concept of the “last days” in the Bible should be seen as the final phase of Old Covenant Israel rather than the end of the world.” Loc 328

He claims “heaven and earth," symbolized the Jewish temple for first-century Jews. If that is the case, he should offer a first century interpretation of Genesis 1. “His Excellency Dr. Shawn Smith” is relied upon for some of the interpretation.
