Entertaining relationship listening ✨🎎🎆

This kindle e-book novella is from my Kindle Unlimited account book 4 of 6

Olivia learns about her half sister. Their father has passed away which has lead to the inheritance. They agree to work with Jason on the winery. Continued in next book 5.

I would recommend this series and author to readers of romantic family and friends relationships adventure novels. 2024

The author brings some happiness and love for Olivia even as she builds the suspense and mystery. She brings some answers but raises more questions. I'm looking forward to the next installment.

So who is this woman who has semi kidnapped Olivia. What does she want with her. This is all getting so crazy with all the people coming out of the woodwork and wanting to talk and share with Olivia.
But, then she lets it be known that she is Ava and wants to go somewhere safe so that they can talk and she can share some information with her.
What she shares shows that she has information on Olivia's father. It seems that after Olivia's mom passed, her father remarried and this happens to be her half sister and has more information on what happened in their lives. Some of which is still unknown and Olivia is not sure if she will ever find out the truth. One truth is that the father left the house and the vineyard to both of them. Now what is it that Ava wants and will it effect Jason and the crew as they rebuild the orchards and restaurant.
Olivia also finds out that it was Ava who came into her house so she feels safer now that she knows it was not someone to hurt her.
But, can she trust this woman, is what she says really the truth or is there something devious behind her appearance.
And who is it that she is worried about that everything had to be done in secret. Something is still not right.

Once again, I found a series on Kindle Unlimited solely based on the fact that it was set in Cape May. And yikes. The writing is bad. It’s stiff and choppy and lacking any sense of flow. The dialogue is worse - so expositional. The author does that thing where they write out the main characters thought process and do it in a way that’s so weirdly expositional and unnecessary. The plot is bat-shit crazy. It’s a series of hallmark movies/ PG romance/ mystery novellas. Had to give it at least 2/5 stars because I love Cape May, I do love a cheesy romance, it had some action and plot, and they were a breeze! Regardless of my thoughts on how cringy this was, I had to keep reading the series. Finished all six of these little novellas in the span of a day. Not the highest quality story-telling but I kept going for a reason, I guess!

What a great next installment of the series. Mishaps continue at the winery, Olivia meets a family member she never knew she had, someone breaks into the house and Olivia gets trapped. Will they find out who is behind all of this and why? Will Olivia sign the papers to keep the house? Join them as they continue to strive to prepare the winery for its grand opening while solving the mystery.

The narrative is great, setting the scene and helping to develop the characters’ personalities. The investigation is filled with so much mystery that keep you glued right to the end.

Things are getting exciting in this series! I recommend reading the other books in the Surprise Inheritance series to fully enjoy this installment.

Olivia is thrilled to find out Ava is her sister. It may just be me, but there's something about Ava that makes me doubt her sincerity...

The story is progressing quickly and the vineyard/winery is in the middle of all the action!

Can't wait for the next part!.

After having to del with her husband's death Olivia inherits a cottage located in Cape May. Its a mystery as to why she would even inherit this cottage. Olivia takes the chance and relocates to this charming place. The catch is she must prove her identity. For someone who is adopted this task must be more difficult.
As Olivia learns more about her identity, they are still many unknowns. Many unexpected things keep happening to the main character at every twist and turn.
Can't wait to read the next installment of this series to have all questions answered.

Engaging tale about Olivia, who has inherited a home in Cape May. The adjacent land is being restored to its use as a winery, but someone is trying to stop that from happening. Olivia was adopted and placed in foster homes by her birth parents, and she does not know that she has a sister, Anna, who she meets at the property. During all of this, Olivia has reason to believe that someone is trying to kill her, setting up the mystery in the book.

Surprise mystery lady.

I absolutely love this series and the ongoing revelations to Olivia. The challenges and setbacks are major, but throughout it all, Olivia receives support from her new friends and mystery lady. I can't put the books in this series down and wait impatiently for the next book in the series.

I read this book as part of an advance reader team and am providing my honest opinion.

I am so engaged in this series and in this book we finally start to get some answers especially the real reason why Ava is on the scene but she is very mysterious and I wonder if she could be involved in all the strange happenings. Lots more suspense and the romance between Jason and Olivia is starting to heat up. Looking forward to the next instalment.

Exciting book four with a few questions answered and more unanswered! Olivia is still wondering if she'll ever find out who her parents were. Is she related to the Irving's? Does she have any living relatives? Who broke into her house? Is someone trying to kill her? I'm hoping more answers are found in book number five.

In this book, we learn a lot more about Olivia’s half sister, Ava. We also find a lot more damaging things going on at the vineyard. Someone sure does seem to not want the vineyard to open or and it also seems like they don’t want Olivia alive. Looking forward to more adventures that are happing in Cape May.

Book four and the mystery continues as well as an attempt on Olivia’s life. Can she trust her new “sister”? What else is the town hiding? Who’s stealing stuff from the vineyard? Who’s destroying the crops? Just as we discover some truths and some answers, we find ourselves with tons more questions. Cannot wait to read book five!

Exciting book.

So much stuff happening and really no answers after 4 books! Is Ava good or bad? Will they ever find out who killed Robert? Why did Olivia's parents give her away? Why did no one find them when they disappeared? I want really want some answers before the last book. Getting irritated.
