Bob The Spy Jaime Johnesee
We find Bob and his best friend “Face”,(Gary Smith)has uncovered a diabolical plot of a rogue Warlock and his coven wants to take over the Presidents brain and make her kill all the members of the House & Senate. not only exposing that there are monsters living among the humans, but to incite violence upon the monsters to their extinction.
The head of the Council Wilhelm Von Karolinas is in charge of keeping the peace in the Super world, he is also the one who calls the enforcers The Hunters, Vampires that exact speedy justice for the Supernatural creatures that can’t seem to follow the rules.
Bob notifies the Council of the threat from a Warlock and a small band of witches that want to expose the supernatural that live among them. At first Wilhelm doesn’t take the threat seriously, he tells Bob and Face to compile more proof of this plot and he will revisit what steps need to be taken.
There is a Greenman named Griffin Martin that owns a bar where Supers are welcomed and accepted. Bob & Face frequents Martin’s bar to plot their next move in order to catch and stop this coven from succeeding.
Face, has his own experience as a kid, with people like that.Dimitri was a trusted member and someone who Wilhelm trusted he was a weretiger. Poor Bob at first thought Dimitri was there to rescue him. Little did he know he was behind the Plot to frame, Wilhelm& the other supers and wipe them all off the earth so he could rule humankind.
There was some honest concern shown for Bob & his well being from the Vampires. Holly had saved the day.
This is such a cute creation from Ms. Johnesee. Bob is enchanting and fun to read about. She creates such well rounded characters and set them in out world where the supernatural creatures live along side of the humans. There are rules and regulations that had been set long ago to govern the Supers and to shelter Humankind. Most of the time it is a peaceful existence, until a zealot of one kind or another decides they no longer what to live in the shadows. The books in this series are very enjoyable to read and sometimes you can’t help it and a giggle or a bit of laughter escapes your lips. I think both the living and undead can relate to Bob’s plight. He is just a Zombie man trying to do the best he can with the hand he was dealt. It is a fun twist on the Zombie genre.
