In 1996, he created the uberpopular “Couch-to-5K” (C25K) running program, which has helped millions of skeptical would-be exercisers take up jogging. This concise and very clear little book is all you need to get started and competent in this elegant piece of software. It is written in a light hearted and fun style which demonstrates and explain the various features of this software.
