This was a very handy little book for a basic First Aid/CPR crash course. There are probably more in depth versions out there, but this one was a quick and dirty on everything First Aid. There were a couple bits in the book that seemed contradictory to me, but other than that everything seemed pretty accurate. The format is well done and it's well written, so if you want something basic, then this is is.
