A cozy mystery that read more like a romance. Ros has been told that her sister is missing so she returns to her hometown for the first time in 10 years. She connects with Detective Mac who is assigned to her sister's case. There is a lot of foreshadowing about the mystery so it is relatively easy to figure out the 'who done it' part of the book. The romance is sweet but also predictable. But I really like this author's writing style and character development so I did enjoy this book. an easy summer read.
I really enjoyed this book! I had a little different idea about the murderer until about the end! Ros’s Sister is killed and she comes back to find out what happened! Lots of cliff hangers to sift through to get the truth!Ros and Mac are great together both as partners and friends! I am dying to read the next one in this series! The ending kink in Mac’S life is going to be interesting! This is a must read!
Easy read with a good flow of words. Kept my interest. Figured the "who done it" about half way through but needed to see how the loose ends would tie up.
Well written, entertaining, and a very well done "who done it " ! The charectors are well developed, the plot is continuous and complete. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and wondering until the end! I am looking foreward to more writing by this author!
How unbelievable that she hangs around with her policeman boyfriend all day at the police station while he's working. She even goes out for questioning and stakeouts. They're so in love after two days they can't stay off of each other. The plot is weak and predictable.
