Wow!!!
This book definitely took me on a ride. Sisters Raven, Mel and Mickey aka Michael were tight as ever. They were the true definition of what sisters should be. Raven, the youngest if the bunch, was a hustler. She ran the streets with the boys while she awaited her man, Davion's release from prison. Mickey was the middle sister and although she was born a man, you would never be able to tell by looking at her. She had everything a woman had, with the exception of still having her man part. Mel was the oldest and she was in a relationship with her high school sweetheart Ripper. Each sister is holding a secret that they don't wish to reveal to the other, but when shit hits the fan, all hell breaks loose. I can't wait to read part 2

This was a good drama filled read. When I first started this book I was thinking okay, these three sisters are close so nothing is coming between them but how wrong I was. I have to say that Raven is by far my favorite of the sisters. I enjoyed Mickey and Mel but there was just something about Raven. I also loved Raven's friendship with her best friend Jay, who is her boyfriend Davion's brother. I can't believe Ripper got away with the things he did, it was mind blowing. This story is full of betrayal, revenge, lies and backstabbing but there's also moments of protectiveness, love and laughs. I look forward to reading the final book.

An interesting story about three sisters who have three different lifestyles that somehow manage to coincide unbeknownst to them. This book is about passion, love, abuse, and being a man on the down low.

OMG!
I definitely wasn’t ready for that ending. Talk about secrets and betrayals, there were lots of it in this book. I can’t wait to read the next book and find out how this all ends.

If ever a first chapter caught my attention, it was in this book. Holy hell! I wasn't expecting that. I laughed my ass off a lot in this book and had heart pounding moments tossed in as well. I loved every minute of it. The characters were so crazy and they jumped right off the page. There were tons of alpha males and outlandish women out to have them for their own. I was constantly trying to figure out what would happen next and who was behind all the lies and I was always wrong! So unpredictable. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book. I'm hooked. This was such a lovely twisted story. Everyone has devastating secrets that could destroy them and everyone around them.
Mickey wants to be loved so badly, she risks everything, including her family to get it. She never felt wanted and looked for affection in all the wrong people. Raven is Mickey's sister who realized that love has been right in front of her for the longest time, but in order to have the man she wants, she has to betray the man she's committed to. Mel, the oldest of the sisters is in a long-term, dysfunctional relationship with a chronic cheater who is also a psychopath and she feels trapped in her relationship. When she tries to leave, she finally sees the monster she's been in love with and he's not willing to let her walk away so easily.
This book was like a lusty soap opera. There was nothing I didn't like about this book. I just hope the next book doesn't take much longer to come out.

Raven is the bad girl of the group. She holds her sisters down no matter what.She finds her self in a love triangle between her boyfriend and her best friend. With things getting a little to close for comfort who will have Raven's heart?
Mickey is living a very devious life. Wanting nothing but happiness she know she can't never let her relationship out the bag.When Things seem to be going her way she has hope that her and her secret lover can finally be but will they have a happily ever after?
Mel & Reeper has been together since their teenage years. She love her man but is fed up with the lies and tired of being played, so she decides to beat him at his own game. Will Mel win or will she allow Reeper to work his way back once again?

Although I felt some parts were predictable,I still end up getting a shocker I didn't see coming. Will Definitely be reading bOok two!!!

First, Melanie & Ripper are in a relationship but involved with side pieces. Second, Mickey is neglecting family love for whatever, hunnty. And third, Raven is in love with more than one guy.
These characters are one and the same. So, I give this storyline 3***. I'm ready to read book 2 now.

This is my first book by this author and will not be my last.
The storyline was great and flowed so well.
The characters are well developed.
This book has everything from undercover and down low sex, baby mama drama, prison, drugs, hustling and murder.
This book also has some very unpredictable things going on.
I look forward to reading more from this author.

Forbidden Love Unchained
This was a very good read. I love Raven and her stand on family and love. My heart hurts for Mickey especially looking at that sorry piece of trash mother. How evil and small minded of a person to place pain in the heart and mind of your own child. Mel is weak and she irritates me. Ripper and Davion were the suprise. Jay and Raven are so beautiful together. On to Part Two which I hate continuations.Highly recommended.

This is my first book by this author, but it won't be my last. This book held little to no errors. This storyline was well written and worth my money. I even guess some parts, but it still made the book enjoyable. I hope Ripper and Davion nasty butts can leave Raven, Mel, and Jay alone. Let them live in peace. Mickey was nasty also, but let her rest on. Can't wait for part 2 to drop.

Carry Lowe is a beast with pen. Upon starting this book I knew I was not going to be disappointed because she has yet to fail me. This story is very interesting and will leave you with your mouth wide open...OMG...this story, the characters, I could not get enough. I cannot wait for part 2. The twist and turns in this story will have your yearning for more. Love it!

A real page Turner
This book gives a peek behind the curtain of the facade that some so called " thugs " placed for their counterparts to see. I could not stop reading until the end,I cannot wait for the sequel.

From page one this book had me hooked. This story is well written and full of twists and turns you will never expect! It's definitely a pageturner!
