Juicing them allows you to achieve this much more easily. The second benefit is that digestion is very easy. Being in liquid form makes it very easy for your body to digest the juice and get the most vitamins and mineralsLet me ask you a life changing question do you want to lose 100 pounds?How about losing 200 pounds?If you want to lose that amount of weight my book will tell you how two people have used a strategy like this to lose an enormous amount of weight! But most of us want to lose less than that. Even if your goal is far less than that hang with me because this isn’t a fad diet or diet pill trying to hype losing 20 pounds in 30 days.This book is not a guide on losing 100 to 200 pounds. While it is possible to lose that much weight this book is about the best and healthiest practices for using fruit and vegetable juicing as a weight loss tool.
