Great stories and examples of how coaching is being used in church leadership to address challenges like declining membership, congregational burnout, and lack of leadership development for clergy

Mostly consists of stories with some minor insights, though some articles are full of helpful information. You can pick up on the key themes involved in "coaching" in the text, but this does not seem to be any sort of manual on how to "do" it. Instead, it reads as an apology (in the classical sense) for the use of coaching in the Christian ministry context.
