Vincent Tria finds a device in his desk drawer that at first sight looks like a regular calculator. As an engineer, and devotee of science fiction, Vincent is immediately convinced it’s not quite that simple and that it could very well be a time-travelling device.

He excitedly tries a short jump to yesterday to test the device. To his delight it works!
There's however a catch: when he returns to his own time he has to face his double, his place is already taken. After a while, he comes to the daunting realization he is lost in time!

Vincent has nothing left but an obsession: to find his own world back and break out of this one-way trip. As his story goes one, Vincent plunges into difficult moments and situations that he had never even thought of, let alone experienced. Such situations could prevent him from ever returning to the home and time that he loves.

This is the second edition of this book. The translation of the first edition was not up to par. This time, the book has been checked and corrected by a U.S. author: GJ Powell.
