I read this years ago and have several times throughout the years. I truly enjoyed it. This lady was poor and in Alabama. But she learned, to save, moved to Pittsburgh, then California, and started a real estate empire on her own with the help of her daughters.. Very inspiring.
Most people immediately think the "secrets" will be revealed and they too can have wealth. Every successful person will tell you it takes hard work and sacrifices. For Eula those sacrifices were ten fold, for back in the day, the earnings were paltry compared to what we earn today. Her determination and her self-sacrificing spirit, pushing her daughters to go and complete college where most now a days kick their kids out, therein lies the difference. Along with her daughters help, she bought one property, then another. Save your money, stop buying senseless, unnecessary things and save. you too can become wealthy through real estate. I think her success was her unconditional love and care for anyone. That's what made her truly successful and she was Blessed for it.
