Loads of chemistry and fireworks. Amy is a spoiled little shrew at times and gives as good as she gets. Mason is your typical burly, alpha male that doesn't take any crap. They live in rural Norfolk on farms next to each other and the families have fought over a boundary that sits between their two properties for years. Amy is definitely a lead female character that you will love to hate but she does redeem herself (with Mason's assistance) at the end (her sister Jenna needs to slap her). Will get you hot under the collar and begging for more. Really well written with dialogue that flows and is realistic. Hot rought (but consenting sex). Great story with a few twists and turns along the way. All the men in this book are fit as f**k and all the girls stunning. Proper escapism. Read this in two days!

This was a DNF for me and I think just the writing style wasn't vibing with me. A couple of things as constructive feedback for the author:
-Excessive overuse of italics in paragraphs
-Repeated phrases like "my non-existent biceps"
-Repeated and overused phrases
Could do with another round of edits.

Great hate to love romance
This has a bit of it all. Enemies, possessive touch her and die, strong heroin, family bonds, feuding families...I love the intensity of the two, the cockiness he possessed and her strength... Just a great book that I couldn't put down

Such a good enemies to lovers book! I really liked this one.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going into M J Tennants Norfolk series, but I should have known I would absolutely love it. At this point, if she asked me if I would like to read her shopping list, I would say, “I adore lists,” and read happily.
I’m hooked already on the characters and their stories. MJ has certainly turned up the heat in more ways than one. Warning ! this one is going to pull on the heart strings and there may be tears. (The certainly was from me !)
I absolutely can’t wait for the next book, I’m dying to know how the characters stories unfold. I’m hoping everyone makes a return in the next !!
