BRIEF SUMMARY This book is more like an autobiography it says about the suffering of the author in the concentration and extermination camps and the learnings from those suffering . It tells us the level of suffering a man can bear and some important life lessons he can learn from it . This book not only says about the suffering of the author in those camps but also the wisdom and the life lessons he learnt from it .
PERSONAL REFLECTION Firstly this book made me feel grateful for all i have in my life . While reading this book i come to know that life can be such cruel for someone who is living in this same world where we live . It does make me feel i'm lucky to have this life which is very important to live a happy life without worrying much about the things we can't control . This book explains about the suffering very nicely . While we suffer as a normal human we do think about the success we do get from the suffering but, what if there is no such thing (success) . The suffering become meaningless right , it's not we should learn from those suffering . Suffering gives us great life lessons than successes .
CONCLUSION It does make sense right if you feel lucky then you will be happy . This will definitely make you feel grateful for the life you have and does let you focus on positive things in your sufferings . It is very important in today's world which is kinda make us feel meaningless so we do have to learn something from our suffering too to sustain here in this materialistic world .

Before visiting Auschwitz, I was thinking of getting something from there that would remind me of the atrocities that happened there. After the visit, I felt terrible and didn't want to have anything that would remind me of the place. However, I saw the cover of this book in the museum shop and thought I could give it a try. It was a transformative read in that even a concentration camp could be survived and used as a means to find meaning.
