Do you want to learn a healthy diet plan for long lasting energy throughout the day?I must confess!I didn’t always follow all the steps in this book. Once I learned what is in this book and started to follow it I started to lose more weight and feel better throughout the day. It’s tough! Some of the tips in this book are hard to implement in your life. It all depends on your schedule and some schedules make it harder to live a healthy lifestyle. You have to find what will work for your schedule and your situation and apply it to your life. This book will help you figure that out. If you want to lose weight and get flat or ripped abs the information outlined in this book is important. How important you ask?I can speak from personal experience in saying it makes a HUGE difference. From testing various diet and weight loss strategies I have learned first hand what works and what doesn’t work. From my experiences as well as the experiences of others I have developed this book to outline the most affective way to lose weight.Weight loss IS NOT a Sprint!Weight loss IS a marathon! If weight loss were a sprint at the end of the sprint you would be both injured and vomiting. Sure you finished the race but you are hurt and feel like garbage. Weight loss is similar. There are diet pills out that promise to melt away fat or programs that promise to help you lose 10 pounds in a week. Maybe if you are lucky you will lose the weight that the pill or program promised. But after the pill or program is over you will gain all the weight and more back and you will feel terrible the entire time. Most likely however, they won’t work and all you will lose is your wallet. So what is the real secret to long lasting weight loss? The real secret is creating healthy habits that will work for you. In order to be successful in the long run you need to learn about food choices and healthy eating and reform your habits. This book will give you a solid foundation to start. As you learn and start implementing you can continue to build and shape your future to achieve your goals. Remember, you can achieve your goals, it’s not possible, it’s past possible. Let’s get to work and get there!
