Second Sight Collection
This was a great collection to follow. It was well written and very exciting. I feel like I am ending a great friendship with the character's.

When I started reading this I was intrigued by someone being able to get inside the heads of victims and be able to help the victims before they were killed. Going into a coma and coming out with these physic abilities sounds a little far fetched. At first it was just Kate who could do this. Then when she finally starts to reenter the normal land of living a couple years later, she meets Declan, who after stalking her in order to meet her, explains he has the same abilities. They team up and he teaches her ways to be more successful while they agree to join forces.
Each book in the four book series shows growth in Kate's abilities, and in her personal life as well. She meets a police detective early on who comes to her for help in a missing child case. Kate's personal life becomes intertwined with the detective throughout the series. We see an immature 21 year old girl and a mature 28 year old guy fall in love and struggle with Kate's abilities. By the time you are half-way through the series, you are routing for the couple to overcome the obstacles in their pathway.
There is an economy of main characters in the books, and each volume has at least one case of a missing person that Kate and Declan are trying to locate.
Throughout the series Kate faces many obstacles and decisions about both her personal and physic lives. It is interesting to watch Kate grow and see how she handles problems as she matures.
I found these books fascinating and well written. I recommend them!

The best I have ever read
I didn't know what to expect when I first started reading this series. It is about a girl who woke up from a coma with psychic abilities. In book one she meets a detective who she is greatly attracted to but he has a girlfriend and wants her to help him find her sister. At first she vehemently screams know as her heart doesn't want to go through a media circus as she did the first and only time that her abilities led to finding a little boy. She was treated as a freak.
In the next book she meets another psychic who has a thing for her. He tried to break her up with Jared, the detective who left his girlfriend and had fallen deeply in love. I don't want to give away the whole story so will say she gets stabbed and her mom gets kidnapped and put in the trunk of the man who did it. Her and the other psychic Declan become friends and business partners. Her dad becomes a suspect and together Jared and Kate defy fate to bring this eternal love story together. You may shed a few tears, laugh and feel like you want the kind of love they have.
I recommend that if you only read 3 books a year get this series.

I enjoyed reading this box set by a new to me author. I am not the target audience for whom this book was written, but the story kept me engaged.
I would suggest you buy this box set rather than each book individually. These books are meant to be read in order as each book builds onto the story line of what happened in the previous book. There is a bit of back ground information in each book, but these books are not stand alone books to be read out of order and book 3 ends in a cliffhanger, so you need to read book 4 to find out how the story ends.
It follows the story of Kate Edwards, after she has a near death experience at age nineteen, how she copes with her new ability of visions, her relationships with friends and family and the love of her life. Kate's emotional responses are typical teenager; over the top, soap opera worthy melodramatic. She is very immature and both parents treat her like she is 16 instead of 21, and most of her actions justify their behaviour towards her. By the end of book 4, Kate has grown up a bit, comes to terms with her ability and finds her Happy Ever After.
A solid read. 3 Stars.

Love, hate, psychic phenomena
This series was so good that I had to buy the boxed set immediately after reading book one. The characters grow with the story, and their emotions are palpable. I felt like I was a part of the story, almost like Kate being an observer in some of her visions. I hope there are more books following these characters as their lives continue to haunt my dreams. I want to see how this group of friends grow as they follow their passions.

One of the most enlightening story I have ever read.
I could not put this book down always wanting to see the next twist and turn. It was a romance, physic, friendship book. You never knew what was going to happen next and were always surprised when it went a totally different. LOVED IT !

Such an amazing series!
Words cannot describe how much I loved these books. The writing was great and there was a perfect balance between the suspense/mystery, romance and other worldly powers. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

I reviewed each of the books in this collection on their own and I think the four star average is a good one. For the first (First Visions) the story was hook worthy and kept me reading, despite some of the errors in writing. In the second (New Revelations), I was completely enthralled by the new love interest, Declan. By the time I got to the third (Dark Premonitions), I was eager to read more about Kate's development both as a person and as a psychic. Her love life was teetering, to say the least, and the cliffhanger left me salivating for the fourth book (The Final Omen). Most of the stories got 3.5-4 stars, but the last one got a full 5. It was thrilling and a true page-turner.
Recommended for those who love a good psychic who uses her powers to help people in trouble and takes a lot of the pain upon herself.

Loved these books, I found it fascinating that Kate received her visions through sleeping... Adding the character Declan spiced things up a little, but Jared stole her heart from the beginning.
Reading the books altogether was great as one story flowed to the next, and each book left me wanting more :)

Would love another book in this series, I love the idea of Kate and Declan opening up a business :)

Good books
These books was surprisingly good. I would have been really upset if I was not able to read the complete series at onetime. There was a few heart pounding moments I had to put the book down because my heart was racing. There were also moment that I laughing out loud. I loved the zingers the characters used and some of the bantering was just so funny. Overall I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good mystery/slow moving love story.

I absolutely loved this series. There was romance, mystery, suspence a very sexy detective!!!! what more could you ask for?? I highly recommend this series to anyone in the mood for a good read. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Great price to for all 4 books!!

Worth a Second Look
I loved the suspense and red herrings. It was interesting and I enjoyed it. I will read more of this author's world because I liked the characters and the plot.
