This book had only the most basic of information and was written in a tentative and simplistic style. I didn't get a single helpful idea from this book. Reading random blog posts would have been a better use of time. :(

As the title suggests , good nuts to bolts

this was an easy read and I enjoyed reading the book. It provided some helpful tips to manage a sales group.

This work trackes down every step from hireing someone to build a team inside the organization, hire contractors, indepents, etc.. building a team.
I like the personal approach, the attention to metrics and the many advices. I came to this work as I was in the mood about building a sales department and found it very resourcefull.
