Cat Facts

I have had cats most of my life but there are things in this book I never knew. I did not know their body heat is slightly higher than humans. That and 100 other facts like that are in this book.

I bought this book for my daughter. She was behind on reading at her grade level, and the spaced out snippets of cat facts allowed her to read without having to worry so much about paragraphs and structure. She also learned quite a bit about cats and now considers herself an expert, which she tells me quite often. Solid book. My daughter is nine and in third grade, for reference.

I read this to my 7 year old son because we got new cats! But I learned a lot too. It was worth the price (free with a KU subscription) but it had a LOT of typos and just ended abruptly so I think it could be better. We enjoyed reading about our fur babies though, and looking at the cute cat pictures. :) 3.5 stars.
