Okay this book isn't bad however it is somewhat outdated which could be dangerous. I recommend picking up a more recent book on the subject or going for actual CPR courses. The AHA has updated its standards and this book should follow suit or be ignored for safety reasons.

CPR

This book is not current information. It should be updated to the current American Heart Association (AHA) standards. If you want to be trained in CPR contact your local Fire Department and they can help you find the class nearest you.
