So I know this is not the type of book that you're supposed to read from cover to cover. But that's what I did. Because I'm weird like that. And I will say that the way it's written is easy to consume, not that it was a page turner, but it had a lot of valuable information that i'm going to apply throughout the year

I enjoy using this book as a reference to seek holistic remedies. The internet isn't always trustworthy or informative, so it's good to have something in print that I can access easily.
