Erik Ekstrom is a very descriptive writer. He immerses himself into his books and adds details to the surroundings or findings. When he writes his books he thinks about the little things that others may ask about on any details they may have. I have spoken to Erik quite a few times about his books and how or what he thinks when he writes them. Since i have read his first book in his series The Forged Fingerprint killer i had to learn about the author himself.. All i have to say is the man is one outstanding writer and friend. But putting the friendship aside, I have enjoyed his books immensely. Once you think you have things figured out, he goes and twists and changes the story and takes a new turn. As for the endings, you will never be disappointed but amazed.

This was a well formed book with interesting characters. I found myself anxious to find what was on the next page throughout the book!
