My mom sent me this book over Christmas. Although I have read very far yet, the book is written in a very easy to understand manner, without all the highly technical stuff that laypersons normally don't really get. From the few chapters that I have read, I really like this woman and would love to be able to meet her sometime. The book itself is very informative and anyone interested can make small changes over time to improve overall health and reduce the risks of many major diseases.
As a breast cancer survivor, this is probably the most comprehensive and helpful book out there explain the disease and more importantly, how to live post-it, adapt your lifestyle to best live after it, how to try to minimize your risk. It has a lot of information, so this is one of those books you best take your time reading, and any successive read is bound to shed further light onto the strategies and tips outlined in here.
