In the multiverse, every eventuality is possible. For every decision, every action and every outcome there is a world where it has happened. Now imagine a world where in ancient Greece an omniscient being called Zeus takes pity on the warlike humans. He aims to change their destructive ways by changing the path of evolution by creating the supernaturals. Ten humans with ability to perform magic or to change form to any animal and his mistakes the vampires, a super strong race of creatures destined to live off the blood of other creature. Zeus instructs them to guide humankind but five of them Ares, Aphrodite, Hermes, Demeter and Hephaestus decide that with their abilities, they ought to be ruling mankind instead of serving them. Their counterparts, led by Hera banish them and a decade long battle for supremacy starts cultivating in the Great War. Three thousand years have passed and the supernaturals live alongside mankind in an uneasy balance. Crossbreeding between supernaturals has been banned but one young shape-shifter, Denga Wolfsan, finds herself pregnant with the child of a wizard and becomes public enemy number one. With magical help, she flees to finds a life amongst the supernatural hating humans for her and her child, Toni. The cost to them, the loss of their abilities forever. Eventually she gets homesick and is captured after visiting her parents to find herself facing execution. On her death, all traces to Toni’s supernatural heritage is lost. When Toni herself has a son, Sam, the protection she bears does not cover him and once again, they find themselves pursued, this time by the human authorities as well. They are captured but at the last minute receive a reprieve from death by the intervention of the father, Solon, leader of the supernatural council. Sam is now a teenager and has the abilities of all three supernaturals. He is spurned by most of his own kind as freak so finds it difficult to make friends. Relations between the supernaturals and humans are deteriorating, heading towards war with the return of the outcast led by Ares. After one particularly vicious strike against the supernaturals, war is finally declared but neither side is strong enough to win. Ares utilises the disruption and finally manages to gain power with only Sam and his growing abilities capable of stopping him. At only fifteen he is forced to fight for the rights of both supernatural and mankind bringing them together at long last to defeat an enemy that would threaten their very survival.
