Maybe it's all of the above. Or perhaps something entirely different.
You get to choose what your version of a Very Cool Life looks like.
However, if you want to live it instead of just dream about it, you're going to need to know the rules of the game -- The Very Cool Life Code.
The Very Cool Life Code is a 7-step system (called U.P.G.R.A.D.E.) based in universal laws that challenges the traditional ideas that success is all about working harder, acquiring more stuff, or striving to claw your way to the top.
Most people are taught to chase after someone else’s definition of success with the hope that if they achieve all their goals, somehow this will translate into a happy life.
The Very Cool Life Code completely turns this common notion on its ear. Instead, when you make feeling great your priority (and learn the right way to design your life to feel great easily), you attract more cool things into your life.
Here's the 7 Keys of the Code:
U.P.G.R.A.D.E.
1) U. - Universal Law is Always At Work 2) P. - Practice Radical Responsibility 3) G. - Go Inward First 4) R. - Routines Determine Results 5) A. - Act From Alignment 6) D. - Decide to Act "As If" 7) E. - Elevate Your Environments
If this resonates with you, the good news is that once you know and apply the Code, it’s incredibly effective.
Short and sweet but packed with great strategies that are usable. Clearly written. I’m going to go through again to take notes. It really does challenge traditional thinking as to how to live life, replacing old unquestioned habits and attitudes with new ones more aligned to living a “cool life”.
It's a very positive book, a little less irrational than other self help books. It still has it part of weird science though. As for all the other self help books, take from it what you need and mostly ignore the rest.
I'm a retired medical professional with a coach and history of reading literally thousands of books on personal growth. I'm also a published author so I appreciate good writing. Dr. Rozell writes cleanly and succinctly, delivering the essence of the matter without padding his book with fluff. I know his material to be valid through personal experience. I recommend his book because one can easily read it quickly, learn or refresh knowledge of life changing truths, and put them instantly into practice. I intend to read his other books now.
Short and sweet, providing a different take on the Law of Attraction, and actionable strategies for implementation. I like the seven pillars U-P-G-R-A-D-E acronym and will try to incorporate them into my daily life to see if it makes a difference.
If nothing else comes of it, it's a good reminder to adopt an attitude of gratitude, and to employ "how we feel" instead of just "what we think" into our decision-making process.
Short and easy to read. It gives you some good ideas of how to start living the very cool life that you want. Some of the strategies seem a little too simplistic but they are manageable so it's worth a try.
