The information contained in the book is very basic, and as is typical of many books of this type, also serves as a marketing piece for the author’s firm. There’s nothing in here that I would take any issue with - it’s fundamentally solid. There’s little that’s actionable, though. Mostly top level “why” not “how”.

I'm a young guy and have been business for the last two years and my wrap up about this book is that it basically said you should create an LLC for yourself and all of your businesses to protect you (that's at least what I got out of the book).
Something that you should also keep in mind when reading this book is that it's used as a marketing tool for them to generate business. That being said... Who would you ask what is most healthy for you to eat, a butcher or a dietitian. The dietitian will tell you to eat fruits and vegetables (what's actually good for you and they have no affiliation with the grocery store) and a butcher will tell you to eat meat (because he wants to sell his own products).
