Apocalypse Not
The first installment of a new trilogy following a special group of people facing Mother Nature at her worst and trying to survive the apocalypse. Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, and everything else she can throw at us, threatens to eradicate mankind. A small group decides they will survive no matter what it takes and when its all over they will scour through the aftermath to salvage whats left of their world.
Everyone thought Malachai was crazy when he tried to warn his friends and family about his psychic dreams, but just a few years after he left town, they found themselves running to him for help. While Malachai and son Keagan are ready for the fight with Mother Nature, his daughter Tess and her mother are not. They travel across a panic stricken country trying to reach the only safety they know. All bets are off once the American people are abandoned and left to fend for themselves and the only way that some of them will survive, will be with their strange abilities that seemed to manifest when the storms started.
Once the storms are over, and with the American Government no longer in tact, Chaos is wreaking havoc across the states leaving everyone unprotected. Malachai and the rest of the adults try their best to keep their children safe from the thugs, desperate scavengers, and an unexpected nemesis that is out for all their blood, but will their gifts be enough to save them from an enemy like this?

I thought it was really good. I only gave 4 stars because even though the book was great if you love action and 2012 stuff i don't wan to wait till the next installment to find out certain things lol but in all seriousness this is really great i'm glad I found this it just might be my new secret pleasure lol good luck Justin and I really cant wait for the second one to come out.
