This was a really enjoyable read. I loved how it started with these characters as teenagers. You could really see how the love blossomed between George and Rachel when they were still young. It was told from the teenagers perspective, and not as an adult looking back, so it made the story more authentic. George and Rachel had wonderful chemistry, and you couldn't help but to read more about them together. They faced some turmoil, but in the end true loved prevailed. Well done Wayne Jordan.
Another good read connected to Wayne Jordan's Knight Trilogy. George's story was truly worth the wait. Loved how the beginning of the book gave us an introduction of how George and Rachel met and fell in love. Reconnecting relationship stories are my favorite. Great job Wayne!
Wow, a beautiful written story, excellent description and in depth details of Rachel and George. I was able to feel their pain and sadness, then their accomplishments, pride, and triumphs thru the author's words.
George and Rachel have know each other a life time, it seems, as teenagers they flirted, even fell in love. As young adults they go their separate ways, each with their own reasons. As seasoned adults a near death experience brings then into each other lives once again.
Loved it! Was kind of put off by the arrogance of George and his constance blame of Rachel for the demise of their relationship. Finally redeemed himself by taking some of the blame for how she "reacted" to his actions. Happy Ending.
