This book is good and talks a lot about having core values and having that help drive the value chain of what is going on. I found it a little soft and not tangible in getting things executed. If looking for good rhetoric as you have to make a speech or inspire others, this isn't a terrible pre-meeting feel good read.

Great book. P&G focus on developing leaders is remarkable. This book brings P&G alumni who talk about how much positive influence P&G had in their careers.

Promote the business, promote your people, promote your boss.
