“ we don’t need to do anything anymore. We already gave whatever we could ever need, and its his grace. Nothing can make us more deserving of it, it was simply gifted to us. So may we rejoice and live in this happiness we were given.”

As a perpetual guilty soul myself, Sam Laing managed to get to the heart of the matter and open up and expose all the lies I tell myself. Loved the read and it has been immensely helpful to my personal walk with the Lord and to correctly seeing myself and my sin before him.

Must read for every Christian. Wish it was more vulnerable with more specific detailed examples (there were a lot but wish there was more vulnerability), but the concepts described in this book have changed my life. Grace is such an underrated and misunderstood topic. Abused by the religious world but this book really goes into al the ways grace can help our mindsets

This was an incredible way to approach the heavy subject of grace. As I was reading (especially the early chapters,) I found my own thoughts within the pages along with a higher call. Grace is incredible and this book did a wonderful job of capturing our struggle with it while giving adequate instructions and the challenge to accept it. Definitely one I will be returning to many times.

Great book. Easy to read and very practical for understanding. Sam is a wonderful writer and makes it easy to grasp the points he's trying to make. I will be reading again soon!
