If you’ve ever worked in retail, you should read this and any other Freeman Hall books. Retail is a beast of its own, once you’ve done it you have massive respect for anyone suffering in it.

This compilation is a quick romp through the perils of having a job in the service industry. It specifically focuses on customers navigating sales events. The real-life stories include those having trouble with the sales' rules, scam artists, and just plain bullies. A comforting read for anyone who has worked retail. Definitely therapy reading for those-in-the-know.
