He continues to build a connected storytelling universe across books and film, where each series—Block Party, Sincerely Yours, and the Gen Z Series—explores one central theme: every choice carries a consequence.
Suave reigns supreme in the streets, until he catches a case which lands him in prison. Sincere, the love of his life, has decided to ride out the bid with him. But, can she actually fulfill that promise to him, when temptation is lurking all around. Little does she know...a temporary choice may mean a life altering consequence.
This book enlightened me to what actually goes on when a couple is doing a bid. The prisoner is often battling thoughts of infidelity, while the outsider is battling urges and desires. I’m not even going to mention the correction officers and the role that they play, because I might be forced to call my ex (correction officer while we were dating) and curse him out!🤷🏽♀️LoL.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this book by @alsaadiqbanks, and gave it 💎💎💎💎...only because it was one of his earlier works that could have been developed a little more. I’ve been exposed to some of his latest work and know that that is no longer the case.
This book was a good read. But it’s bad for Men in prison. Me and my man really gang warring over this book smh and the sad part is I’m really loyal as hell. I enjoyed it though! Ran through this book while getting my small waist length knotless. I’m mad she not done yet. But I’m finished reading
I think Sincere fucked up and shamefully sleeping with that .com was degrading and down right WRONG. Although I give Suave made props for taking her back but love is strong and very hard to resist
This book grabbed me from beginning to the end! Shukran dearest for the recommendation. Very good read. Was so captured that it only took two days to read.
