One of the most difficult parts of anyone’s day is getting up and starting the day off on the right foot. For those with a family, it can be extremely tough! I know this firsthand from having 5 kids ranging from 1 year to 16 years old. It can be a zoo most mornings with all the stress and chaos.
This book is designed to help you put an end to the madness once and for all. It provides you with 21 simple and easy-to-follow ideas that will help you create a “family friendly” morning routine that can do wonders for your life. Everyone wins, and in fact as you will soon see, it can even be fun once you get started.
Instead of starting off the day feeling stressed out and frustrated, you’ll begin feeling stronger, happier and more in control. You’ll also find you have more time in the day to do things you never could do before. Perhaps most importantly, it will help bring the entire family closer together.
