Try the walnut pate for an amazing raw food version of tuna fish! Great for health people who crave tuna but hate seeing them go extinct!

This dude is hard-core - just go straight to an all raw fruit and veggie diet, and just grit your teeth through all the strong detox side effects. It's inspiring, if not the most well-written book.

I'm pretty sure this book is just an ad for the author's algae tablets?

Sure, I can agree that raw foods are good for you.
But choking down hundreds of algae tablets a day?
It just doesn't sit well with me.
