This is an eye-opening book for me! The authors gave examples with correlation of events recorded in ancient China with those of the Old Testament to show that the 'Dao' that the ancient sages including Confucious and Mencius were the same God of Israel! Eg. the flood during Noah's time, the dispersement following the Tower of Babel, the 7-yr famine during Joseph's time correlated to the 7-yr famine experienced in China! and etc. As such, the authors believed that sages like Confucius were prophets who taught values that are close to teachings of the Bible including the 10 commandments! What a revelation! God has not forgotten the Chinese and pray that more Chinese will come to realise the 'Holy Man' taught by Confucius is really the Lord Jesus Christ - the One they have been seeking. While many ancient records were lost and some beliefs were twisted by men along the way, this book shows that the original, ancient teachings are highly likely to be transpired by prophets sent by God!

I gave this 5 stars for the unique information it contains. I would not give it a 5 for being well-written. More like a 3 or 4, but still definitely worth one's time. I'm not sure you will find the amazing information it contains anywhere else! Jesus prophesied by Ancient Chinese writers! Wow!
