I do not have endometrosis but picked up this book to see if there are helpful suggestions for improving health and menstrual cramps.
Most of it is information I already know. A good primer for people who have no exposure to alternative medicine.
Geranium essential oil and hip massage were useful tips i picked up for cramps.

excellent info... highly recommend this in conjunction with 'the raw secrets," to help you learn how to eat in a manner that is high in fruits and veggies, and low to no fat to help ease the problem.
