Not an interesting start to this series. I definitely feel like I'm coming in in the middle of something and playing catch-up. I'm also maybe just not a fan of this artwork compared to stuff like Tim Sale from the '90s. Will be interested to see if this series keeps up the fragmented storytelling since it's a quarterly or if it will tell its own story throughout the course of its run.

I'm not a fan of the new character but this is a solid first issue, establishing Lex as a villain that no longer has to be concerned with the public's opinion of him.

Really confused about how Lex ended up like this. You'd think a first issue of a series would be cleaner than this.
