He graduated from an engineering school, Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures, and tooka job as an engineering trainee with IBM France - the lowest paid among his classmates. Two decades later he would be President of IBM's World Trade Corporation and aimed for the top. He represents a recipe for success for anyone wishing to succeed in the development, management and marketing of a business organization.
