Not bad

This review is from: Calum's Sword - Inspired by the great Bernard Cornwell Sharpe: Episode 1 (Clan) (Kindle Edition)
You can buy one episode at a time for 99¢ each or a boxed set of 1 - 13 for $6.95. I have mixed feelings about this series. It isn't Bernard Cornwell, but what is? Maybe that failed expectation is one of the reasons the reviews are not better. The reviews previous to this one are pretty accurate, but a little harsh. If you want to see some real one star books, I have reviewed a couple. I think the writing is roughly on par with Porter Hill's Bombay Marine series which I enjoyed.

This guy needs to learn about North America. Grizzly bears are not and probably never were in New York. The Shawnee tribe wasn’t either.
