That was nice, actually! I can't recall when I bought this cookbook, but it's sat on my living room ladder frame for a while now and has been frequently catching my eye. I haven't tried the recipes yet, but certainly will. Furthermore, I was umming and ahhing as I went through. Taking flicks of foods that caught my fancy.

A traditional cookbook and I mean so in the sense, it's not like Jamie's 30-Minute Meals, which often consists of say 3 separate dishes (or more). However, if I recall, Jamie Oliver's 15-minute meals are essentially recipe listings, similar to this. Even so, I came across several favourites, and even the last dish can ultimately be made with leftover bread, oil or butter, apples, and sugar. Pilaf is Stock + Rice. 8 stock cubes are 70p. Obviously, how much you intend to spend on any recipe will always be up to you. I do recall that on one recipe, James Martin says Don't substitute Perry for Cider, it won't taste the same.

Random opening, forget that one, one Salmon recipe you only season it with butter.

I always enjoy plating and culinary arts, so the photography worked on me.
