This is an essay, indispensable I would say in matters of LOVE. It is insightful, eye-opener, very well- researched, objective, blunt, humorous, sensitive, which questions and gives answers on the concept of LOVE, how we perceive it and how as society and individuals deal with it. The author was a renowned North American philosopher. I wonder why nobody is talking about this book. It is AN INDISPENSABLE READ to understand how love is perceived in our society, how to handle expectations, it questions ALL the ideas that have been embedded in our minds, and it does it with a hint of humour and such a different point of view than everything I had seen.
