Interesting

I enjoyed the book. A good guide for new shop owners or a student looking for guidance. I gave it 4 stars due to some repetition. As a new service writer it was a good read.

A good book for any service manager.

Even though it is from an independent service shop point of view it is a good read for dealership service managers as well.
