SUSPENSE WITH A WICKED TWIST

Samantha Coldwell organises parties for fans of classic comic books like Spiderman and Batman. What she doesn't tell them is that she's a cold-hearted con artist whose only interest is in ripping them off by buying up their valuable collections at cheap prices.
She suspects one of her regulars is a fellow shark only interested in how much he can make out of the gullible nerds at her party.
When one of the other guests produces a rare and valuable comic book, seemingly oblivious to its worth, Sam must decide whether to forge an alliance with the other dealer to acquire the coveted comic book or go it alone.
But in the process she gets more than she bargained for.

Short story written by one of my mum's friends. It only took me 10/15 minutes to read and was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much but it was a quirky read with a plot twist that shocked me.
